The surface grinding-milling machine, model MG-1400 is a mediumsize wet grinding machine which with its sturdy andwellproportioned design offers a lot of advantages within small andmedium size engine reconditioning as well as industrialgrinding.The fact that the stability of the machine is constantregardless of the height of the item to be ground assures optimumstock removal and grinding result.
1.Spindle motor and traverse motor are inverter motor ( steplessspeed) with easy operation and anti-vibration(resonance can beavoided);
2.Motor with low vibration level;
3.Feeding screw and traverse screw are ball types, with lowdamping, stable and durable;
4.The slider guideway is designed with plastic-coated guiderails, providing good vibration absorption, strong wear resistanceand high precision;
5.Spindle sleeve is chrome plated and ground, with a bright andrust-proof surface;
6.Integrated electric control modules, no - spark contacts, withsafe and reliability;
7.Spindle feeding is provided with braking device to avoidvibration, and permit a steady feeding;
8. Separated circuits of water and electric, with safe andreliability, as well as chain sleeve for protection;
9.Sheet metal with plastic coating, beautiful and durablesurface;
10.By using a magnetic chuck, available as extra equipment, therange of applications of the machine as an industrial grindingmachine is widely extended.
